CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations on the day of the appointment and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee + deposit to hold a future appointment. Emergency Policy: Life happens, and there may be times when you cannot make your scheduled appointment due to severe illness, the passing of a family member, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, I will honor one pass per client without charges, depending on the situation. Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $20 fee will be added to your service total. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be charged accordingly. Abuse of Cancellation Policy: If you book an appointment, please commit to that obligation. While I understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, repeatedly scheduling and canceling appointments disrupts the booking process for other clients and negatively impacts my business. If this pattern continues, I will politely ask you to join my waitlist instead. These policies are in place to protect my business and ensure fair access for all clients. I kindly ask that you provide proper notice for cancellations or delays to respect my time and the time of other clients.
